In the third quarter of 2024, the Dominican Republic saw notable trends in the performance of leading navigation and maps apps on the iOS platform. According to data from Sensor Tower, Google Maps maintained a strong position with its downloads peaking at around 8.1K in late July. Despite fluctuations, weekly active users remained robust, averaging over 400K throughout the quarter.

Waze Navigation & Live Traffic experienced a consistent download pattern, reaching a high of approximately 2.8K in late July. Its active user base demonstrated stability, ending the quarter at about 186K.
